At the foot of Mont-Blanc, our team designed this low-cost, warm and breathable sleeveless fleece gilet for occasional hiking in the mountains.It offers warmth without the bulk. Walkers will love this sleeveless fleece gilet. It is warm and light, and will insulate you from the cold, guaranteeing plenty of freedom of movement.

Recycled polyester

By recycling plastic bottles or second-hand textiles to produce our polyester, we have reduced the utilisation of oil-based resources while preserving the quality and performance of the material during your mountain hikes.

DOPE-DYEING

Bulk dyeing or “dope dyeing” incorporates the pigments during the thread manufacture. This technique reduces the environmental impact compared to standard dyeing which takes place once the thread forms a fabric. This requires more water consumption and pollution.
Our MH120 black fleece gilet uses this dyeing process.

FLEECE COMPONENT: INSULATION THANKS TO THE AIR

The mission of the fleece component is to trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the brushing of the knit).
This air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm.
This component has been laboratory-tested for a comfort temperature from 7 to 10°C without any additional jacket.

GUARANTEED LIFE SPAN OF 2 YEARS

We test the ageing of our hiking fleeces to guarantee their durability. We guarantee:
– the abrasion resistance of the backpack and the arms in movement, so that the pilling associated with this material is delayed
– the strength of the seams
– the resistance of the fleece material after 3 washes
– colour-fastness after washing, when exposed to UV or contact with perspiration.

WHERE DO OUR FLEECES COME FROM?

Created in our international design centre at the foot of the Mont Blanc in France, this fleece is then manufactured and assembled by our suppliers in Vietnam and Bangladesh.
We collaborate closely with these partners who have real expertise in the manufacture of our fleeces.
Thanks to this relationship of trust with our industrial partners, we can create high-quality technical products.
